Mole Cricket!

I went to the museum to review my donations. I was surprised to find that I hadn't caught or given to the museum, a mole cricket. Well I'll be! I knew I had caught some mole crickets, but they must have been lost when I got disconnected from another town.

So Amelia offered to help me catch one. She would dig, and I would man the net. The first try, she got one on the very first dig! I went chasing after it, but didn't realize how far they would run! Amelia went to where he had run, but I thought she was trying to keep him surrounded and didn't react quickly enough. The danged thing ran right out my gate! We couldn't even believe it!

So we tried again, but this cricket was moving around. It was hard! But Amelia finally found the pain-in-the-ass bug and dug him out of the ground. With a few, swift swings of the net, that mole cricket was mine!
